The female head instructor of the Kamiya Swordsmanship Dojo. She has a cheerful caring personality and welcomes the destinationless Kenshin to stay with her. She is doing her best to upkeep the dojo that her late father has left to her, and to pass on the "Kamiya Kasshin-ryu," the sword that gives life, to the next generation.
